Important information about COVID-19: The safety of our staff and customers is always our number one priority, so we've put a detailed plan together to ensure that all health & safety aspects of these events are properly managed.
We expect attendees to adhere to the latest government guidance when attending our events, to keep everyone safe. This includes social distancing with anyone outside of your ?support bubble?. We also ask that you do not attend the event if you are displaying symptoms of coronavirus, if someone in within your household is displaying symptoms or if you have been asked to self-isolate. Although it is not currently mandatory, we also encourage the wearing of masks where possible.
We have reduced the capacity of these events and have put a seating plan together to ensure that attendees are seated in socially distanced bubbles. Attendees will be unable to sit in groups of more than 6 people (as stated by the government) and will be seated with the people that they have booked their tickets with. If you are coming to the event with someone and have booked your tickets separately, please email us on and we will do our best to seat you together at the event.
The street food and bar will be set up in the car park and the screening will take place inside the cave. The food and drink vendors will be spaced out in the car park area and socially distanced queueing systems will be in place. The Peak Cavern is a huge open cave, so naturally has great ventilation. We will also frequently sanitise the temporary toilets, ensure that there are multiple handwashing facilities for attendees to use and implement one way systems in and out of the cave.
If we have to cancel these events due to COVID-19, we will notify attendees as soon as possible and refund customers their ticket money at face value. We will continually update our COVID-19 safety plan in line with the latest advice from the government, and we will send attendees a final update two weeks before the events. If you have any queries regarding the health and safety of this event, please email us on
